11/8/2010 - I wanted to write and tell you how much I appreciate your willingness to work with me on the purchase of the Bison trailer. You made the negotiations and the purchase very easy. You did everything you said, and in the time you said. It was nice dealing with a salesman that is straight up, a rare approach. I have not actually used the trailer yet, but everything that I have looked at while loading the living quarters is of the quality that I expected from Bison. As I told you, this is my third Bison trailer, at this time I don't plan on ever needing to purchase a forth, but if I do, be assured Midway Trailer Sales will get the first call.

We just wanted to express that Sandy and I were very pleased with our dealings with all of you. You were always helpful, honest and eager to please us.. It was above and beyond, Scott, for you to come out here in this bitter cold to install our great new hubcaps! The trailer turned out even better than we anticipated. The wiring, jack and electrical plus other modifications at Midway and the Showtime cabinets are all superb!! The shiny new hub caps put the finishing touch on the trailer but most of all the experience was enhanced by the great customer care that all of you showed us. You can count on us to be ready to speak of our experience with others that are interested.
